Nea Mesagala 1, Beach located in KATO OLYMPOU
Nea Mesaggala I beach (length 500 m, width 20 m) constitutes a part of a 5 km beach and is located in a seaside resort.
The beach is characterized by very thin sand which is considered to have sanative qualities, thus many swimmers and visitors enjoy sand baths.
Along the shore there are seaside rooms to let and several hotels. Visitors can enjoy water sports and explore nature at the roots of Olympus.
One can reach the beach from the national road Athens-Thessaloniki, after the Tempi Valley, following the indicatory signs.

Stomio, Beach located in EVRIMENON
The beach is located at the Municipal Department of Stomio, which is touristic resort of the Municipality of Evrimenes at the Northeastern part of the Prefecture of Larisa.
Flisvos constitutes a part of a 10 km sandy beach (with an average width of 50m). Across a part of the beach a riverbed flows and from there one can reach the beach through footbridges. Behind the beach there is the green mountain Kissavos.
The visitor can find a number of hotels and rooms to let and enjoy a variety of water sports or rent a bike so as to explore the bicycle track that connects the beaches of the Municipality and not only.
Visitors coming from Athens can reach Stomio, after they pass the Tempi valley; before the Pinios bridge they must turn right (there is an indicatory sign). Visitors coming from Thessaloniki after they pass the Pinios bridge -before the Tempi valley- they must turn left (there is an indicatory sign). The distance from the national road is 12 km.
Velika/Spitaki, Beach located in MELIVIA
Spitaki Beach, because of its big width, is covered both with sand (up-part) and pebbles (down-part). It is placed in a built-up region that is considered to be a tourist’s resort. Every year is operating Clean Up drawings, mosaics, photo and painting competitions, as well as other environmental activities on the mountain paths and aquatic streets of the wider region, gorges and lakes, activities and - last but not least - it is carrying out information about disabled people.
At Spitaki Beach they have been carried out Sport facilities such as Seak Kayak - Canoe-Sea Bicycles-Catamaran-Laser. Also, at its sport installations Beach Volley and Sailing Pan-Hellenic and International championships are taking place. Within this year a water-Ski school with Tubes and Bananas takes place and the newly established Sailing Association (NILO) will be hosted at the Beach that will operate sailing activities for children. Also, at the same spot, the Agent and Operator of Classic tourism and outdoor activities programs, mamma Co- Trekking Hellas East Thessaly, organises and operates all activities such as hiking, mountain bike, Canoe-Kayak, Sea Kayak, Canyoning, Rafting, Zodiac tours, Jeep safari, Archery, Flying Fox, etc. At the same time, Spitaki Beach is considered to be the post for Sailing Athletes, Wind-Surfers, Kite-surfers and people that love the Sea and nature in general. Finally, a Coffee Beach Bar has been operating 23 years now at the Beach offering its services to the excursionists and organises many happenings and events during winter and summer time.
At the sea side and very close to the Beach, 2 hotels, many rooms-to-let and studios apartments and, also, mountainous guesthouses – hotels are in operation. The Coast is the 2nd biggest beach in length in the country with spotless waters because of the open deep sea without stream problems. Spitaki Beach is placed in the centre of the North East Aegean Sea just 30 naut mi, from Chalkidiki, 40 naut mi from Skiathos, 60 naut mi from Alonnisos Island, 15 naut mi from Sea Caves of Venetos. A Port and a Piscatorial Shelter are also placed in the area.

Visitors / Tourists access the Beach by private car or public bus. From South you follow the National Road Athens – Thessaloniki. The Beach distances 50klm from the 2nd exit of Larissa city via the road to Agia – Agiokampos – Velika – Spitaki. From North you enter Tempi Valley and take exit via the road to Omolio – Kokkino Nero – Paliouria – Koutsoupia – Velika – Spitaki (30klm distance).
